irish elk

Happy holiday season! This is a christmas card I drew this year. I was recently captivated by the irish elk, the bulkiest and tallest variant of deer to ever live (it went extinct a few thousand years ago), so I chose it as my motif. I also borrowed a somewhat religious aesthetic (central perspective, 'god rays', cross and halo) because I like it and it fits the christmas theme. I do not intend any religious symbolism.
